  • 1 bag 9.75 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Crush Chips: Slightly crush the Doritos in the bag (aim for bite-sized chunks, not dust).
  3. Mix Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Rotel, and taco seasoning. Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheese.
  4. Layering: Spread half of the crushed chips at the bottom of the dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the chips, then top with the remaining chips.
  5. Final Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
