- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Rotel, and taco seasoning. Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheese.
- Layering: Spread half of the crushed chips at the bottom of the dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the chips, then top with the remaining chips.
- Final Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
