Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs (8 oz) Cream Cheese Room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure
  • 2 Eggs Large, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Divided
  • 1 Pre-made Crust Graham cracker or Oreo

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mix on low speed.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into crust and smooth top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes until edges set and center slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Best served cold. Cheesecake flavor improves after overnight chilling.
