  • ¾ cup pistachio cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Chocolate Topping:
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate or dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios optional

  8. ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  11. 1½ cups kataifi pastry, chopped
  12. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  13. ¾ cup pistachio cream
  14. Pinch of salt
  15. For the Chocolate Topping:
  16. 6 ounces milk chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped
  17. 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
  18. 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios, optional

Notes

Let the brownies cool completely before adding the pistachio kataifi layer. Toast the kataifi until golden and crisp for the best texture.
Use a smooth pistachio cream for the filling. If it is too thick, warm it slightly before mixing.
