- Prep Dates: Soak pitted dates in hot water for 10 mins, then blend into a thick paste.
- Mix Dry: In a large bowl, combine oats, uncooked quinoa, and chopped nuts.
- Combine: Fold in the date paste, almond butter, and honey until everything is well-coated.
- Press: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment. Press the mixture down very firmly using a heavy glass.
- Bake: Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until golden.
- Cool & Drizzle: Let cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill for 30 mins before slicing.
