  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar or Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 ¼ tsp Active Dry Yeast 1 packet

Equipment

  • 1 Bread Machine Use Gluten-Free setting if available
  • 1 Measuring Cups & Spoons Use Spoon & Level method
  • 1 Wire cooling rack To prevent a gummy bottom
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For scraping the corners

Method

  1. Add Liquids: Pour the warm water (or dairy-free milk), eggs, oil, and apple cider vinegar into the bread machine pan.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Carefully spoon the gluten-free flour over the liquids, followed by the sugar and salt.

Notes

  • Pro Tip: Always use the 'Spoon & Level' method for measuring flour to avoid a dense loaf.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
